Arabic Moot Court Competition

It is one of the competitions that always seeks to highlight the students’ skills in writing legal briefs and pleading before the court as well as their ability to analyze criminal cases, bearing in mind that the Arabic Moot Court has been previously held in the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and will be held this year in Kuwait during the period from 2 till 6 April 2017. 11 Gulf and Arab countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Egypt, Jordan, Palestine, Iraq, Morocco, Beirut, Kuwait) will participate in this competition. Each team will include five students, and thr total number of guests will be 55 guests.

The Jessup moot involves arguing a hypothetical case on issues of international law as if before the International Court of Justice and held in USA.
